A new one piece design allowing the easy filling of\u00a0 RAW 1 1\/4 pre-formed cones.\u00a0 \u00a0These are great for about 14g of your favorite herb includes some unique tools to help even packing and extracting the completed doobies.<\/p>\n

Start by ensuring the tray is clean as crumbs can affect the packing process.\u00a0 \u00a0Use isopropyl alcohol to clean up any left-over resin.<\/p>\n

Insert a tube into each opening in the holder.\u00a0 \u00a0You need to make 16 at a time.\u00a0 Ensure the tubes are well placed using the cone template tool to ensure the edge of the cone is flush with the inside of the holder.<\/p>\n

Grind 14g of your favourite herb.<\/p>\n

Fill the tray with about 5g of herb.\u00a0 Shake side-to-side to fill each tube and tap the tray gently to evenly distribute herb into each tube.\u00a0 Once all the tubes are filled, gently remove the excess herb from the tray.\u00a0 \u00a0Use the hollow cone tool to pack the herb into each tube.\u00a0 \u00a0The pressure needed is a bit of an art;\u00a0 you can pop out a cone that you just packed to see how tight it is.\u00a0 It may take a few attempts to determine the right feel, but once you’ve figured it out, repeat the packing to each tube.<\/p>\n

Fill the tray with another 5g of herb.\u00a0 Shake side-to-side to fill each tube and tap the tray gently to evenly distribute herb into each tube.\u00a0 Once all the tubes are filled, gently remove the excess herb from the tray.\u00a0 \u00a0Use the hollow cone tool to pack the herb into each tube… it’s pretty self explanatory, you want to slowly pack each tube to the right pressure so that they aren’t too tight or they’ll be difficult to consume.<\/p>\n

Wrapping up with the remaining herb into the tray and shake side-to-side to fill each tube and tap the tray gently to evenly distribute herb into each tube.\u00a0 \u00a0It’s recommended to pack the last push a bit tighter with the point tool as the tray will be flipped upside down and each tube ejected by using the point tool to push the assembly by the cardboard filter.<\/p>\n

Finish by checking each assembly by hand, ensuring even tightness… you can apply some corrections by hand, after-the-fact or just before use.\u00a0 Twist up the tops and store appropriately.<\/p>\n
